About Vencilla Group
Vencilla Group is the brand under which Vencilla Medtex LLP brings together its textile and pharmaceutical operations: Vencilla Textile for fabrics and printed fabrics, and Vencilla Pharma for pharmaceutical sourcing and export. One identity, one way of working, and a specialist team for each sector.
One brand for two trade divisions
Vencilla Group is the public-facing brand of Vencilla Medtex LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACY-2022). It is not a separate legal entity. Vencilla Medtex LLP operates both divisions presented on this website: Vencilla Textile and Vencilla Pharma.
Both divisions work with business customers rather than consumers: textile buyers, garment businesses, pharmaceutical importers and distributors, and the suppliers and manufacturing partners that serve them. The Vencilla Group brand sets the shared identity and the way enquiries are handled; each division concentrates on its own products, buyers, documents and regulations.
Our two divisions
The textile export division. Fabrics and printed fabrics for trade buyers, including African wax prints, uniform fabrics, cotton fabrics, embroidered fabrics, and scarves and dupattas.
The pharmaceutical sourcing and export division. Its pharmaceutical trading and shipment experience began under Vencilla Enterprise and continues under Vencilla Medtex LLP. It works with contract manufacturing partners and confirms product, market and documents for every enquiry.
Two sectors, one way of working
Textiles and pharmaceuticals are different industries, with different products, specifications, documentation and regulation. Mixing them in one sales process would not serve either set of buyers well.
Running them as separate divisions of one LLP under one brand gives each the specialist focus its sector needs, while buyers and partners deal with a single identity and the same standards: clear requirements, confirmed details and honest answers. Read more in How Vencilla Group works.
Principles we work by
Requirements first
We start from the customer’s specification, quantity, market and timing, not from a catalogue.
Confirmed, then offered
Specifications, availability, documents and terms are confirmed before an offer is made.
Specialist handling
Each enquiry is reviewed by the division that works in its sector.
Clear communication
We say what we can confirm, what still needs checking, and what we cannot do.
Coordination
Where suppliers or manufacturing partners are involved, we coordinate the information between the parties.
Working within the rules
Product and market requirements are checked case by case; we do not offer what cannot be supplied to a market.
How we work with customers and partners
Every relationship starts with an enquiry and a conversation about what is actually needed. From there:
- Customers get a reply based on confirmed information, with open points named as open.
- Suppliers and manufacturing partners are approached with a defined requirement, not a vague request.
- Commercial terms are agreed in writing before an order goes ahead.
