1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of https://vencilla.com (the “website”).

The website is operated by Vencilla Medtex LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with limited liability (LLPIN ACY-2022), with its registered office at 434/3B, Somakanji Wadi, Khatodara, Surat, Gujarat 395002, India (“we”, “us”). Vencilla Group is the public-facing brand under which we present our business. It is not a separate company.

Vencilla Medtex LLP carries out both the textile operations and the pharmaceutical operations presented on the website. Each has a dedicated website (see section 4).

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website only. They are not a contract for the sale, supply, distribution or export of any textile or pharmaceutical product. They do not replace, or form part of:

• any textile supply agreement;
• any pharmaceutical commercial agreement;
• any distribution arrangement, quotation or order terms;
• any product-specific regulatory requirement.

Any such arrangement is made separately, in writing.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes, to learn about our business and to contact us. You must not:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected systems, or interfere with how the website works, for example by introducing malicious code or overloading it;
• use automated means to copy or extract content in bulk without our written permission;
• send us content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing, or impersonate another person or business;
• use the enquiry form or our contact details to send unsolicited marketing.

3. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, design, graphics, layout, and the Vencilla name and emblem, is owned by or licensed to Vencilla Medtex LLP and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website and print or save extracts for your own internal business reference. You may not copy, adapt, republish or commercially exploit any part of it, or use the Vencilla name or emblem, without our prior written permission. Other names and marks on the website belong to their respective owners.

4. Our textile and pharmaceutical websites, and other websites

Our textile and pharmaceutical operations have dedicated websites:

When you use those websites, the terms and policies published on them apply.

We also link to websites operated by others. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not control.

5. Information on the website

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it provides general information only:

• it is not an offer to sell, and it does not guarantee that any product is available, can be supplied to a particular market, or meets a particular specification;
• specifications, availability, prices, documentation, certifications and commercial terms are confirmed only for a specific enquiry, in writing;
• markets described as ones we are working to develop do not mean that products are available there, have been supplied there, or that we have an office there;
• information about pharmaceutical sourcing is general business information. It is not medical advice and must not be relied on for any medical purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country.
