Frequently asked questions
Answers about Vencilla Group, our global markets, how to make an enquiry, documentation and our approach to sustainability. Product questions are answered by each division on its own website.
Vencilla Group and its divisions
How Vencilla Group is organised and which division handles what.
Vencilla Group is the public-facing brand of Vencilla Medtex LLP (LLPIN ACY-2022), bringing together its textile and pharmaceutical operations. It is not a separate legal entity. This website introduces Vencilla Group, explains how each division works and points every enquiry to the division that handles it.
Two divisions, both operated by Vencilla Medtex LLP:
- Vencilla Textile, the textile export division, offering fabrics and printed fabrics such as African wax prints, uniform fabrics, cotton fabrics, embroidered fabrics, and scarves and dupattas. Visit the Vencilla Textile website.
- Vencilla Pharma, the pharmaceutical sourcing and export division, which works with contract manufacturing partners. Its pharmaceutical trading and shipment experience began under Vencilla Enterprise and continues under the LLP. Visit the Vencilla Pharma website.
Both are described on Our Businesses.
Each division reviews its own enquiries on its own website, and each needs different information.
- Textile: the fabric category, design or print reference, specification, quantity and destination.
- Pharma: the product, strength and dosage form, quantity, destination market and the documents your market requires.
Markets and availability
Where we trade and do business, and what that does and does not mean.
Our pharmaceutical trading began under Vencilla Enterprise, building international shipment experience across Europe, Africa and the Americas. This experience continues under Vencilla Medtex LLP, with international business engagement extending across these regions as well as the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. See Our Global Markets on the home page.
Shipment experience refers to our pharmaceutical trading. It does not mean that a particular product is available in every country, that every country in a region has been supplied, or that we have an office there. Availability, registration and documentation are confirmed for each enquiry.
No. Whether a product can be supplied to a market depends on the product, the supplier, the destination’s import, registration and labelling requirements, the documents needed and commercial feasibility. These are confirmed for each enquiry before an offer is made.
Contacting us and preparing an enquiry
How to reach the right division and what to include.
Textile buyers can contact Vencilla Textile through textiles.vencilla.com, and pharmaceutical buyers can contact Vencilla Pharma through pharma.vencilla.com. For anything else, or if you are not sure which division to contact, use Request Anything on our Contact page or email info@vencilla.com.
Request Anything is the general request form on our Contact page. Use it to ask about our products, services or business requirements: textile fabrics and printed designs, fabric samples, pharmaceutical sourcing, trade accounts, supplier or partnership introductions, or anything else. Choose what your request is about, and we pass it to the division or team that handles it. Requests for a specific pharmaceutical product are best made through Vencilla Pharma’s own website.
Use the Request a Meeting page. Tell us the type of meeting, your preferred dates, time window and time zone, and what you would like to discuss. Your meeting is booked only when we have confirmed a time with you by email.
Trade accounts for repeat business are handled by each division. Choose “Trade account application” in Request Anything, and the relevant team will explain what it needs from you. An application is not an approved account, and it does not commit either side to supply or pricing.
Yes. Use the WhatsApp button on this website or message +91 76220 09300. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms, so please do not send sensitive personal information there.
Use Request Anything (choose “Supplier, manufacturer or partnership introduction”) or email info@vencilla.com with your company profile, the products or capabilities you offer, the markets you cover and the certifications or documents you hold. Work With Us explains what each type of partner should include.
Mention the documents you need in your enquiry. Certificates and regulatory documents belong to a specific company, product, facility or supplier, and the documents required depend on the destination market, so they are confirmed for each enquiry. See Certifications, Standards & Documentation.

Our approach to sustainability
What we mean by sustainability, and how we separate practice from ambition.
Our ambition is for care for nature, biodiversity and animal welfare to shape the decisions behind the products we source and trade: which partners we work with, what we ask about materials, and how products are specified, packed and shipped. Read our sustainability vision.
Our values and commitments describe how we want to do business today. Our ambitions, such as tree planting, water conservation and community support, are initiatives we intend to take; we describe them as underway only when they have started, and we publish results only when they are measured and evidenced. Our Sustainability page and Sustainability Claims and Reporting Statement explain this.
