How we use the details in this form. This website is operated by Vencilla Medtex LLP under its Vencilla Group brand. We use the details you enter (name, company, business email, country, optional phone, meeting type and format, preferred dates, time window and time zone, the topic and any marketing preferences you choose) to arrange and hold the meeting. Your request is handled by the part of our business it concerns: our textile operations or our pharmaceutical operations, both carried out by Vencilla Medtex LLP, or the team handling general enquiries.
Your request is stored in our website’s database and sent to our business inbox, both hosted by Hostinger, and recorded in our customer-relationship system (Zoho CRM, India data centre). We do not record your IP address with it. We keep general enquiries for 24 months after our last meaningful exchange about them, unless we need them longer for an ongoing business relationship, contractual, accounting or tax obligations, a legal claim or dispute, or a legal requirement. We may also follow up with you about your request and closely related business matters. We send other marketing communications only with your consent or where the law otherwise permits it, and you can opt out at any time. Submitting this form does not mean that you agree to analytics or advertising cookies. We do not sell the details you submit.
