Working with Vencilla as a supplier, manufacturer or distributor
How to introduce your business, what a useful first message contains, and how proposals are reviewed.
Published: 1 November 2026
Vencilla works with businesses on both sides of a trade: the buyers it supplies, and the suppliers, manufacturing partners and service providers that make supply possible. If you would like to work with Vencilla, this article explains which route fits your business and how to make a first approach that can be assessed quickly.
Who Vencilla works with
- Suppliers: producers and suppliers in the categories Vencilla works in who would like to introduce their range, specifications and terms.
- Manufacturing partners: Vencilla Pharma works with contract manufacturing partners. Manufacturers interested in that kind of arrangement can get in touch.
- Distributors: businesses that distribute in their own market and want to discuss buying textile or pharmaceutical products for it.
- Other collaborators: service providers and other businesses with a relevant proposal, such as logistics, testing or documentation support.
What a useful first message includes
A short, specific message is easier to route and answer than a general introduction.
- Company name, country and website
- Your role: buyer, supplier, manufacturer, distributor or other
- Which business it concerns: textile, pharma, or both
- What you offer or need, with the main specifications
- Quantities, or the capacity you can offer
- The markets you serve or supply
- A contact person and the best way to reach them
Attach detailed documents later, once there is a clear fit.
What Vencilla will want to understand
A partner proposal is assessed against real requirements in each division. Expect questions about the documentation and certificates you can provide for your products and processes, the materials you use (including any of animal origin), and, for pharmaceutical manufacturing, the approvals that apply to your site. Vencilla’s sustainability commitments also ask partners about environmental management and water use, and favour partners who share information and improve over time.
What happens next
- Routed to the right business. Your message goes to the textile or pharma side, or is reviewed at group level if it concerns both.
- Questions where needed. If something important is missing, you will be asked for it before anything else is discussed.
- A clear answer on fit. Where there is a fit, the next commercial step is proposed. Where there is not, you are told so.
Frequently asked questions
Does Vencilla publish a list of its partners?
